We have poop people! This is big! For those of you not in the know, a certain little boy round these parts had not pooped in...wait for it...12 days!! We had been in consult with the doctor's office and because he was in good spirits and didn't seem to be bothered by anything, he had until tomorrow...or else we were instructed to begin more serious measures. Luckily, he pooped. It wasn't pretty, but it finally happened.
So crazy! I guess it's a pretty 'normal' thing to happen in breastfed babies occasionally, but sheesh. The culprit is most likely the rice cereal he's been eating for the last month. Apparently it is very binding. So now he's on oat cereal and is probably going to get some peas pretty soon as well.
