Random Wednesday

A bunch of stuff has been going on lately that has made blogging a little difficult, so I thought a random post would help get you all caught up on things over here.

1. My computer is in the shop. The big white streak down the middle of the monitor had a very ominous look about it.
2. We sold my car! Which means we currently have one car, but fortunately with my work schedule and Brad's school schedule we can swap back and forth with no problem.
3. We are obviously looking for a new car. We are thinking sedan or wagon. Probably several years old (in needs to be less than $5000). With good gas mileage. But other than that? We are open! Any suggestions?
4. Tooth number 2 is subtly taking its spot next to tooth number 1. So exciting!
5. We can finally see tooth number 1 pretty good, but its still a snaggle-tooth nub.
6. We are *this* close to getting our money from the insurance company about the July 4th flood. Dude. This has SUCKED.
7. Buy replacement value insurance for your home-owners or renters insurance if you don't already have it. It's not fun being told you have to 'buy a used hat' to replace your damaged hat because it wasn't brand new. Oh and by the way, everything in your house is automatically reduced 20% in value (if not more!) because its 'used'...just so you know.
8. My mom and I are starting a very fun project to finish something my grandma started many years ago. I plan to post the story of what we do on my crafting blog.
9. Sweet potatoes are a hit ;)

10. Brad's home. Time to eat some dinner and relax! Its been a hectic day!
